I experienced a long delay during check-in, almost two hours. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not particularly polite. it added to the frustration. While the room was decent, overall service left much to be desired.

The indoor pool area was a fantastic way to relax after a day exploring Nashville, especially with the cozy fire pit nearby.

Although the staff was generally friendly, there were delays in the breakfast service during peak hours, making it a bit challenging to find a seat.

I stayed in a King Studio Suite Non Smoking from 2024-05-19 to 2024-05-23 and was highly impressed with the clean accommodations and excellent customer service. The front desk team, particularly Whitney, ensured my family's comfort, addressing my request for a quiet room, which was ideal for my 8-month-old. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a great perk to start each day, and the attached pizza restaurant provided convenient dining options.

I stayed in a King Room, and it was super comfy! The bed was like a cloud, and the bathroom was nice too. The smart TV had Netflix, which was a bonus. Breakfast was solid. I particularly liked the fresh fruit offered one morning. But, just a heads up, some channels didn’t work on the TV. Overall, a chill spot close to everything.

The Hampton Inn had an excellent indoor pool that was clean, and a fantastic attached restaurant called Rock 'n Dough that served delicious pizza and craft beer. The staff went above and beyond with the breakfast selection, offering a variety of hot options like eggs and bacon, along with fresh fruit. It’s also located just minutes from the Grand Ole Opry and downtown.

Great Stay with Minor Hiccups

We enjoyed our comfortable King Room for three nights. The view from our window was lovely, and the fire pit area was a perfect spot to unwind each evening. However, it would have been nicer if there were more breakfast options. Don't forget to ask for extra towels upfront!
